Industry veteran Ignacio 'Nacho' Jimenez collaborated with power publican Greg Boehm to open an elevated cantina on New York City's Lower East Side. Together, the power duo has created a festive environment currently ranked No. 2 in the Top 50 North America bars list, and winner of the coveted Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Award for Best New Bar.

HANDCRAFTED IN OAXACA, llegal Mezcal has a beautifully balanced profile, with a mouthful of agave and a hint of smoke. Handcrafted in small batches by fourth-generation mez-caleros, their Joven, Reposado, and Añejo mezcals are all made with 100% Espadín agave, double distilled in the Santiago Matatlan Valley of Oaxaca, Mexico. Commitment to quality is apparent in every step of their process, from harvest to first sip.
